Eric Yeager is a Managing Director at Kerberos Capital Management. In this role, Eric is responsible for researching and underwriting new loan opportunities, acting as a primary point of contact for Kerberos’ borrowers, and servicing and monitoring existing loans. Prior to joining Kerberos, Eric Yeager was a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focused his practice on complex commercial litigation. Eric brings extensive experience in consumer class action and multidistrict litigation, fraud and false advertising cases, product liability litigation and commercial contract disputes. He received his law degree from Vanderbilt University, where he was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review, and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
