Kristina Pearson serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations at Kerberos Capital Management. In this role, Kristina establishes and executes procedures to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance programs. Her responsibilities encompass aligning operations with external regulatory and legal frameworks while maintaining strict adherence to internal policies. Kristina also oversees daily operational and human resource functions at Kerberos and supports the finance department in its processes.
Prior to her tenure at Kerberos, Kristina was the Director of Human Resources and Administration at a boutique law firm. Kristina also has extensive experience in client support and the coordination of complex, multifaceted projects. Kristina earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Iowa, with an emphasis in Media Communications and Marketing.
